Temple Aliyah financial assistance is a need based program only, and families must demonstrate true financial need to qualify. All remaining and past due balances will be taken into consideration.
Assistance is granted on a case by case basis and limited by the funding we have available for this purpose.
Unfortunately, we cannot grant assistance to all who apply for it, as the funds for assistance are limited.
All information is kept strictly confidential by all parties.
INSTRUCTIONS
Please fill out the entire application. Any blank space may delay processing of your application or prevent its processing altogether. You are also free to attach additional information if you would like.
All ECE applications must be submitted with a copy of pages 1 & 2 of your 2019 & 2020 Federal Tax return and 2021 Tax Return or W-2s. Failure to provide this information will result in your application remaining incomplete and not considered.
Processing the applications takes time. You maybe contacted by the Executive Director or Membership Engagement Director asking for clarification or additional information while your application is processed. You can expect to wait three to four weeks for a final decision.
SCJLL (Religious School) and ECE FAMILIES: Your application for school is not complete until you submit this application. We cannot hold spots in class without this complete form.
Temple Aliyah is proud of our commitment to offer membership to any family who seeks it, regardless of ability to pay. We thank those temple members who voluntarily pledge more than the standard membership contribution, for providing the funds for us to do so.

Financial Assistance is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis so all applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
